Our client are a leading corporate marketing and sales promotions agency with many blue chip clients who offer promotions tailored to meet specific client needs across a variety of market sectors. Currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Team Leader to manage an expanding business to business customer service team and assist with the day to day delivery of promotional campaigns and loyalty programmes for a range of blue chip clients.
This is a varied role where you will be primarily managing and motivating a small team of experienced customer service/account management staff. You will be responsible for identifying and instigating any necessary changes to existing systems and practises to increase productivity and ensure all targets are met. You will be presenting performance results to board level Directors.
This role is ideal for a current Campaign Manager / Customer Service Manager / Team Leader who is looking for a more challenging position and the opportunity to progress their career within a progressive business to business marketing solutions organisation. You will have excellent management and motivation skills, organisational and time management skills together with an enthusiastic approach. Must have an excellent telephone manner and professional attitude in order to deal with clients effectively.
