Sales Administrator (Customer Services) - Manchester
A market leading European freight forwarding company established for over 40 years, this company has built up an excellent reputation for first class service within their industry.
A sales support role involving customer services and administration dealing with customers over the telephone regarding orders and carrying out administrative duties for the Branch Manager and sales team. Will involve data input, documentation including contracts, taking orders from clients, letters and reports in a fast paced challenging environment.
Must be a sales minded individual to work within the shipping, air freight, import/export or related transport industry ideally with a sales office background involving customer quotations and a customer service focused attitude. Computer literate and well organised, you will possess excellent communication skills and ideally have experience of working within a sales/office environment dealing with customers over the telephone and carrying out a range of administrative duties. Excellent promotion prospects are available if you wish to get into trainee field sales/account management within a major organisation.
Hours: 9.00am - 5.15pm
Monday to Friday
Salary: £16-17k Basic + Major Bens + Potential Career Path
