Customer Services Advisor - Warrington, North West

Customer Service Advisor - Warrington - North West.

Customer Service Advisor required by my client, a Technology based business in Warrington. You will act as the first point of contact to all customers, new and existing dealing with a wide range of queries and issues. With an ability to work using your own initiative and to "think outside the box", you will take control of the customer service side of the business.

Duties and responsibilities:
* Updating of the businesses Support Systems with new orders and renewals
* Distribuiton and follow up of welcome packs
* Creation of accounts
* Answering customer support calls
* Design a campaign and deploy a detailed customer satisfaction survey
* Build customer loyalty through positive customer service experience
* Data Cleansing * Notification of new releases
* Provide training course manuals
* Activate new licence certificates
* Weekly reports

Overall my client is seeking candidates with excellent communication and organisational skills, excellent relationship building abilities, good attention to detail and who are conciencious and are able to take ownership of their role.
