We are currently expanding at phenomenal rate and have several positions for Trainee & Experienced Recruitment Consultants to join our busy office in Wilmslow, Cheshire (near Manchester Airport).

Basic Salary £15k to £20k (depending on experience) – uncapped commission – OTE 1st year £35k! 2nd year OTE £65k +

The Role
This is a sales based role, including business to business contact, promoting the benefits of our services, using good communication and persuasive skills as well as the ability to understand exactly what the client wants and how to deliver. The role also requires effective sourcing and screening of candidates, again involving the ability to successfully communicate with potential candidates and find the best of the best.

The Candidate
All you need is min 6 months target driven sales experience with an ambitious and tenacious personality, with the hunger to succeed! You will ideally be of graduate calibre or have excellent A level grades or equivalent. It is vital that you are articulate with a friendly, professional attitude. Confidence and charisma are essential!
